Had an excellent stay, really enjoyed our room and would love to stay here again. The place was perfect and comfortable and the staff were incredible, the location was marvellous near Blandys winery. It was big with a fabulous view over the harbour, good enough for holiday.

Suitable accommodation for short break. Modern and spotlessly clean hotel with efficient staff and absolutely breathtaking views over the sea and Funchal. Exceptionally comfortable bed, good-sized bathroom and a Juliet balcony, a minibar, and coffee in the room. Good service everywhere.

the restaurant here was good with vegan choices, we both ordered delicious dishes. the location was relatively quiet and incredible - short way from everywhere we wanted to go.

spacious and comfortable room. Good location of the hotel and around with plenty of restaurants. breakfast was very good and staff in the dining room was very attentive. views from the stupendous terraces.
Noise in the room that was much more noticeable at night. Details such as the replacement of the coffee service, in this case consumption of tea, took more than 4 days.

Breakfast was very good, but unfortunately the same every day. The roof terrace was outstanding with the sensational view over Funchal.
A lot of British pensioners, since its a British TUI hotel. But the hotel can't help it.

Was staying with my wife at this lovely hotel from 11-18 of May 2012 and was surprised by the quality of service and accomodation at this hotel. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. The jacuzzi at the roof opens an increadible view at Funcal city center and marina. If I will plan another trip to Madeira, this hotel will be in the top of the list.

Good breakfast, clean venue, attentive staff
Breakfast coffee and fact that people put themselves on the couches at 9 a. m. leave the towel all day reserving the place, should not be allowed.
